Drake has "zero street cred" according to Glick
+ READ ARTICLEDrake — the “absolute living legend of rapsterdom” — stopped by Jiminy Glick’s “Celebrity Stories” for an interview, but it’s not clear if Drake had any idea what he was in for with the brazenly unfiltered talk show host.
Glick, the recurring character perfected over the years by Martin Short, has been having a second (or maybe third) life as a celebrity interviewer on Short’s new variety show with Maya Rudolph, the aptly named, Maya & Marty. Drake may not have seen Glick in action, though, as he looks completely bemused and somewhat offended by Glick’s questioning. Hard to blame the “Hotline Bling” meme generator and “super duper dude,” though, since Glick started the interview with a zinger: “This is so much fun for me because normally I interview celebrities.”
It goes down here from there with Glick is insinuating that the former child star turned rapper has “zero street cred“ and asking him things like, “You’re in wonderful shape for someone who’s let himself go. How do you keep in shape?”
