Parks and Recreation's final season kicks off on Jan. 13, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC

Parks and Recreation‘s seventh and final season will feature not one, but two Marvel megastars.

Paul Rudd will appear in two episodes of Parks in January, reports Entertainment Weekly, and he will reprise his role as lovable idiot Bobby Newport, heir to Pawnee’s Sweetums fortune.

Rudd, 45, who plays the titular role in the upcoming Ant-Man, will join conquering hero Chris Pratt, who broke box-office records this summer as Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy.

“He’s the world’s nicest human being – and the funniest,” Parks executive producer Michael Schur told EWabout Rudd. “We made a list of all the people that we wanted to have back and he was high on the list, so we managed to snag him.”

Bobby will come back into the fold when “Ben [Adam Scott] needs to fill a certain position and he thinks Bobby might be a good candidate,” said Schur.

The last time we saw Bobby – in season 4 – he was an utterly hopeless opponent to Leslie (Amy Poehler) for a City Council seat.

Parks and Recreation‘s final season kicks off on Tuesday, Jan. 13, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Episodes will air back-to-back until the series finale on Feb. 24.
