French Toast Crunch Is Coming Back to Your Breakfast Table

Get ready for it to rain syrup

In the latest edition of companies riding the nostalgia train, General Mills announced it’s bringing back French Toast Crunch. Sugary cereal lovers, rejoice!

French Toast Crunch was available in grocery stores from 1995 to 2006, but it’s back on select shelves and will be available widely starting in January.

This comes after a string of food revival tours, including Coca-Cola’s decision to bring back Surge, Mars’ reintroduction of Crispy M&M’s, and Burger King’s resurgence of the Yumbo hoagie after a 40-year hiatus.

“We have been overwhelmed by the consumer conversations, requests and passion for the cereal to come back,” General Mills marketing manager Waylon Good said in a statement. “We value our fans and are so excited to be able to bring it back for them.”

At least now you won’t have to buy it for $25 off eBay!
